Hbajj's Terms & Conditions — Complete Guide

By accessing or using hbajj, you automatically agree to these terms and conditions. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between the hbajj platform and the user.

Hbajj reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via your registered email, and the updated date will be noted on this page. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict with a version in another language, the English version shall prevail.

All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, complete, and up to date. Accounts created with false or misleading information may be closed at any time and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

• Each person may only register one account.
• It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password confidential.
• Sharing your account with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• If you suspect any security issue with your account, contact support immediately.
• A valid mobile number and email address must be provided at registration.

A copy of your national ID or passport may be requested for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. Withdrawals cannot be processed until this verification is completed.

Only individuals aged 18 or above may register and play on hbajj. Any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately closed, and any deposited funds will not be returned.

The following individuals are not eligible to use hbajj:

• Anyone under the age of 18.
• Residents of countries or regions where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Hbajj employees and members of their immediate families.
• Individuals whose accounts have been permanently closed in the past.

Hbajj currently accepts the following payment methods:

Deposited funds must only be used for legitimate gaming activity. Any suspicion of money laundering or illegal use will result in the account being placed under investigation.

All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Payments in foreign currencies are not accepted.

Your account must complete KYC verification before a withdrawal request can be processed. Withdrawals will not be processed without verification — this is in place to protect your funds.

• Hbajj reserves the right to void any bonus if misuse is suspected.

Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts, false information, or other manipulation will result in all accounts being closed and all winnings forfeited.

All hbajj games use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology and are regularly audited by independent third parties. hbajj reserves the right to void any round where a technical error is detected in the game outcome.

• Hbajj is not liable for any losses resulting from technical errors.
• If your internet connection drops during a game, any active bets will be settled automatically.
• If a match is cancelled in live Sports Betting, the bet will be refunded.
• Hbajj reserves the right to void bets in the event of odds errors.

In Sports Betting, the official match result is final. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the relevant sports governing body will be followed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on hbajj and will result in permanent account closure:

• Creating or managing multiple accounts.
• Registering using a fake identity or someone else's information.
• Bonus abuse or bonus-hunting activity.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the game software.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Threatening or harassing other users.

To close your account voluntarily, please contact our support team. The account will be closed once all pending withdrawals have been processed.

Hbajj may suspend or close an account for the following reasons:

• Extended account inactivity (12 months).
• As required by legal or regulatory authorities.

If an inactive account holds a balance, a monthly maintenance fee of ৳50 will be deducted. Once the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed automatically.
